Urgenza emergenza tra l’invisibile e il quotidiano
Produced as one component in Rovigo’s new communication plan for Local Health Unit Ulss, this short film explores the labor and tragedy of those handling emergencies on a daily basis. The film shows viewers an emergency room situation in which a patient’s life depends on the professionalism of the doctors and nurses on call and timing of surgical intervention.

Oncologia un viaggio
This project, produced in collaboration with Rovigo’s Local Health Unit Ulss 18, recounts the journey of a cancer patient from prevention through rehabilitation. The guide presents the most common cancer cases, described in a clear and simple manner, and emphasizes prevention, diagnosis, psychological support and the Local Health Unit’s approach to rehabilitation. The guide’s video counterpart, intended to represent everyday life rather than rhetoric or metaphors, uses the daily gestures of doctors and patients as a starting point, and is designed as a journey through the hospital’s Oncology Department

In 5 minuti di caffé
This short film is dedicated to water. Only five minutes - the time needed to prepare a cup of coffee - the film is Bossan’s tribute to the simple substance than runs our everyday lives, from quenching one’s thirst, to caressing a body to becoming a tool of art blended in color.

Uomini e macchine
In ancient Greek the word mechané refers to a tool used to do something. Its origin is found in the Sanskrit root mah - meaning growth. Mechanè is mechanical, everything that human talent has created to improve and increase the quality of life. In this short film photography and cinematography join forces to illustrate the relationship between man and machine within the Treviso Local Health Unit, Ulss 9.

Beyond the door
A project developed for the at Udine Hospital’s department of cardiovascular sciences, Beyond the Door can be thought of as a multimedia business card, a presentation highlighting the department’s ongoing qualitative and quantitative development. The short film follows the daily work of doctors, technicians and nurses, each demonstrating professionalism and devotion as they continually engage with the reality of death and the joy of renewing life.
